1. Can I check-in / check-out in Porto or Faro?

Yes, it is possible. However, there are extra costs, due to the costs of fuel, tolls and the daily cost of an employee to take or pick up the van. Check-in in Faro: 190 Eur | Check-out: 190 Eur. Check-in in Porto: 220 Eur | Check-out: 220 Eur. Service available upon prior confirmation.

2. Can I rent a camper van if I’m younger than 25 years old or have less than 2 years driving experience?

For Sure. Rent your van and explore Portugal.

3. Do you offer discounts on long-term rentals?

Yes we do! Send us a message via the website or on WhatsApp, and check the prices. The longer your rental, the greater the benefits.

4. Is there a speed limit?

Yes. Our vans have a speed limit, 100Km/h.

5. Can I go to other countries with the van?

Yes, this is possible with prior authorization.

6. It’s my first experience with a motorhome and I feel like I don’t know many things.

Don’t worry! One of the things we like most is interacting with our customers. The vans are super easy to operate and we explain everything to you at check-in. What’s more, we have support and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

7. What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 4 nights in low season, and 5 nights during high season.

8. How to find beautiful places to sleep?

You can use websites and apps like Park4nights, portugaleasycamp.com, homecamper.com and campspace.com. This is one of the new developments in the industry and we are really excited about it as it really offers a way to spend nights in unique natural spaces that complement the whole campervan and travel experience. However, we live this lifestyle, 365 days a year in Portugal. We know all the coast and can recommend incredible places so you can sleep peacefully.

09. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 08:30am. Check-out is 24 hours, by prior arrangement. There are no extra costs for this.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

The refund is full if the dates remain available on the canceled days. If the cancellation affects the calendar, the amount will be provided to the client as a voucher for a future booking.

11. Do you have a cleaning fee?

Yes. A cleaning fee of 30 Eur applies when the van requires internal cleaning. There is no cleaning fee when the customer returns the van in the same way they picked it up. The customer is not charged for external dirt.

12. Can I pay for the reservation in two parts?

For sure! We confirm your reservation with a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remainder is paid at check-in.

13. How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is 700 Eur for campervans and 900 Eur for larger motorhomes. The amount must be paid and already in our account at the start of the trip. This can be done at check-in.

14. When do I get my security deposit back?

The deposit will be transferred 5-7 business days after the rental ends. This gives us time to check for possible fines, damages and get complete toll information.

15. Do the vans have an automatic access device at toll booths?

Yes, all vans have a toll-free device. You can use and deduct these tolls from the guarantee deposit at the end of the trip. The administrative cost is 5 Eur.
